My job is hard to completely explain. Part of it is acting as Customer Relations for a Fortune 500 company. I will not go into further details than that as to for whom. But today was a typical day, as evidenced by this coming to my desk.

Dear Mr. CEO,

I am rewriting you as no one has contacted me in regards to my last communication. It is imperative that someone contact me. My computer has issues. I did send my computer into repair previously, but had to suffer through it’s issues for months until I was ready to send it to repair. I only have 7 more days on my 3 year warranty and need this resolved. When I last contacted you, all that happened is that someone named Gregg Gordon left me phone messages.

No one has contacted you? Instead I annoyed you by phoning and leaving messages?
